Cancellation Policy
Please provide our office with a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This will allow us the opportunity to provide care to another patient. Cancellations without proper 24-hour notification may accrue a $50 fee. After 1-2 missed appointments, it is at the discretion of the individual therapist that you may be placed back on the “waitlist” or refer you to another agency.
